RETURN | REFUND POLICY
Thank you for ordering from Katherine Dickson. By making a purchase, you acknowledge you are purchasing an item 'AS IS'. We strive to make sure you receive a very good quality item and have a great experience.
I understand that you might have changed your mind. As such, please review our return policy below:
Return items are reviewed on a case by case basis. Items may be returned if they are being returned due to a QUALITY (Faulty) reason.
Faulty Items: I take extra care to inspect each and every garment before they leave the studio. I pack them myself. But, I am human and may make a mistake... If you receive a Faulty Item you may return it for credit or refund - because I may not have inventory to replace something similar to what you ordered - Or I may offer to have it fixed for you by a tailor if I can not fix it myself. :)
**Faulty Items are items received with a broken zipper or rip (something like that!) - Not damaged because of shipping
Please report it within 2 days of delivery to info@katherinedickson.com - Failure to report a faulty item within 2 days will invalidate your claim for credit | refund or fix.
There is NO REFUND due to shipping damages. Shipping charges are NON - REFUNDABLE for any reason.
Returning an Item:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Again, you will be offered a credit towards another item I have in inventory or a fix option. (The 7 - day window starts on the day you effectively receive approval to return the item back to me.)
The Items must be returned in the same exact condition sent to you; I must have already communicated with you regarding your issue prior to your return. Items returned without my prior approval will not be credited for exchange or fix.
There are absolutely NO Returns due to sizing issues. All sales are 'AS IS' and Final.
